Al-Jazirah won numerous awards, including largest Ford dealer in the World, and No. 1 dealer in terms of Ford genuine parts sales within the global dealer network. The company’s network covers all regions of Saudi Arabia, and owns the world’s largest Ford’s dealer showrooms, located in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam respectively, as well as the largest parts distribution warehouse among Ford dealers in the Middle East. It has more than 200 points of sales, service centers, fleet and government sales, used vehicles departments, heavy trucks, and the operation lease to the top companies in the Kingdom. Needless to say, that both Al Jazirah Vehicles and Ford did not spare any effort or resources to offer intensive training to their employees to ensure that they are fully aware of how to provide the best service for their customers.
